The location is fantastic with trails to nearby hill top via tea garden. The food is served on time and taste is good. The co-ordination between reception and room service is poor and we have to repeat the request several times. Housekeeping speak only Hindi and it’s difficult to converse in English or Tamil. We also noticed there is some conflict between the restaurant staff where the music is changed very frequently between the two groups.

Amazing valley view with tea garden estates, small kids indoor play area, bonfire area with artificial waterfall, tea garden trail and trekking area from resort, good mix of both North and south Indian foods. Unlike other resorts we visited in Coorg and waynards, dinner wasnt complimentary. Food was good with very helpful staff. Manager was very humble and remained eager to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. As Staff was from different backgrounds, we had trouble communicating in both English and hindi at times but there were few Senior staff who were good in both.

Had Pleasant Stay with family and friends. Perfect spot with excellent service . Order your lunch and dinner atleast an hour early to avoid long waiting time in restaurant. Regarding food options,Indian dishes were good but continental dishes has to improve a lot... If they improve on food choices they provide and manage orders.. this would be the best option to stay over...

We had a wonderful stay at Green Nest Resort. Staffs were so friendly and helpful with smile. Breath taking location with tea garden and mountain view really makes us to visit again. Rooms are neat and well maintained. South India foods, tandoori were so good, but limited in desert only with ice cream was disappoinment. Thanks once again for Green Nest team on thier hospitality and provided a relaxing stay

Bad code of conduct

They couldn’t meet the Agoda sale that I paid for . I left it as I didn’t want to spoil the trip . Yet the manger ( the person at reception ) had to go the extent of harassment in getting his point of argument even though I said ok to his terms . For me , politeness and code of conduct is more important than the complementary coffee that was refused . Don’t know how safe it is for women travellers if they show such code of conduct . To be noted by management .
